MAXPEDITION - Strobe / GPS / Compass Pouch

Details
Category: Pouches
Created: Sunday, 09 August 2009 22:02

DIMS: Internal dims 2.25” W x 1.25” D; height adjustable between 4” to 5”

This lil pouch is simple, but fills one of those many tactical item needs. Hence the long name it will hold a good assortment of small gadgetry which includes:
- MS-2000 and SDU-5E military strobes
- Garmin Etrex and other small handheld GPS’s
- Lensatic compass or similar

The opening is a velcro based flap with an additional SRB buckle which made seem needless offhand, but does give the option for silent functionality. As shown in the last pic, the flap can be folded over where additional loop velcro will keep it in place. This makes flap management easier for entering silent configuration and general usage. Inside are 2 cord loops for nice attachment points to lash your gear item to. I don't have every item on the fit list, so I have a little concern some items may be a little loose since the SRB is non-adjustable. The back has PALS webbing to use a 3" Tac Tie or similar item to attach onto your gear.
